Due to the pandemic, I won’t be teaching in person classes until spring. Until then, you have some on-line options.
Our first round of on-line courses is drawing to a close. Despite the technolocigcal learning curve, they've been a success, and in some ways better than in-person learning. Folks are able to go at their own (or their dog's) pace, the material is always available for review, and you can still get questions answered through Zoom coaching calls. Of course, I miss seeing canines and humans in person.
New courses start the first week in January. 2021. Follow the link for each course to find specific dates and prices.
Learn about puppy socialization, puppy “problem” behaviors, relationship building, and foundation skills. We’ll offer a highly structured and well supervised socialization afternoon at our training center once a week. For the duration of the pandemic, we’ll have only the puppies, after that humans are welcome.
Each week we’ll have an enrichment activity and a trick or game to help you and your dog enjoy each other’s company during the COVID-19 pandemic. The class is casual and designed for any ability level.
Requires a strong foundation in positive reinforcement training.
This is an ongoing class, join when you are ready.
Current tricks are: Hugs, and the concept skill Matching objects.
Coaching Calls: an opportunity to discuss your dog's sterngths and needs.
